All HINOVO products purchased through HINOVO official channel and HINOVO authorized resellers come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using a HONOVO product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the HINOVO limited warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date the product was purchased by the original end user and lasts for the period set out in the table below:

You need to make a warranty claim within 2 months of discovering the fault or other problem with the product.


Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Offline purchase: Please contact the store/distributor or agent directly to assist with your after-sale question.

Online purchase: If you encounter a problem with your product and wish to claim warranty.

1.Step 1

  • Contact Hinovo customer service team at support@hinovotech.com to claim your warranty
  • Provide the order number or receipt of the purchase in the email.
  • Describe the issue in the email. Visible proof is required, such as photos and video.
  • Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.Step 2

  • Once your product is confirmed to be defective after troubleshooting, our support team will provide further instructions on how to properly package the product and return it safely.

3.Step 3

  • The defective item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equivalent value or a new item if a factory refurbished model of equivalent value is not available. If a replacement is not available or if you prefer, we will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.

Please Note: More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped.) It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have passed their original warranty period.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen products
  3. Items that have passed their warranty period
  4. Non-quality related issues
  5. Free products
  6. Repairs through 3rd parties
  7. Damage from outside sources
  8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: scratches, dents, falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  9. Normal aging of the product, including degradation of batteries
  10. Products not received due to the incorrect shipping information provided
  11. Purchases from unauthorized resellers

HINOVO is not liable for

  • Misuse of the products, or non-compliance of user manual.
  • Any accidental, indirect or punitive damages incurred from use of HINOVO products, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, monetary loss etc.
  • Any deliberate distortion or abuse of warranties for personal benefit

HINOVO reserves the right of final interpretation for the content.
